You can delete your KKOOAPP account, and the data that goes with it, at any time.
Open KKOOAPP, go to Profile, and tap Delete account at the bottom of the page. Confirm, and it is done straight away. It cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app, email support@kkooapp.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number your account uses.
Before deleting, we confirm with you on WhatsApp at that number that the request is yours, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account. The account is deleted within 7 days of your confirmation.
Your profile — name, photo, links and store address — is removed. Your listings come down and their photos are deleted. Your phone number is released, so you could sign up again from scratch.
Your notification settings, saved items and bump credits go with the account.
A conversation you were part of stays in the other person’s inbox with your name removed, because it is their record of a deal they may not have finished.
Blocks and reports survive, because they exist to protect somebody else.
